Reporting, resources and additional items
A report-style letter will be sent via email following the first appointment. This will provide a summary of our discussion, findings from the dietary assessment, recommendations on specific points relating to foods, nutrients or strategies and options going forward for dietary treatment.
This may be copied to your Paediatrician, referrer, GP or specialist service with your consent.
Written resources, learning modules, links or product information may also be provided.
